What a magical year this has been for me both in my quilt life and my personal life! Top of the list is International Superstar Baby Addison, my healthy, beautiful, smart grandchild. (Healthy daughter India who delivered her to us is a blessing too). Second on the magical list is having four of my quilts acquired by the High Museum of Art with A Star Among Stars currently on display. I never saw these blessings coming so they feel like magic.🪄

However, there are so many things big and small for which I am grateful. There are so many people (including my fur baby) who make life joyful for me. For the normal life things that have not been so great like losing friends, I am grateful for the strength to power through adversity and come out strong on the other side.

In short, I am living my best life, and I am grateful.🙏🏽

I am also deeply grateful that you are kind enough to love my quilts, read my blog, and show up at things I invite you to. You are the best! Happy Thanksgiving!🦃
