My quilt Rain, Resilience and Rainbows took 1st place in the applique category at the East Cobb Quilt Show. In addition to the 1st place ribbon, we took home a $150.00 cash prize.
The evening was extra special because Carolyn Duke, my custom quilter was on hand to celebrate with me. It was the first time she had actually received a ribbon for her quilting.
The East Cobb is held every two years. Show dates are June 9-11, 2022 at the Cobb County Civic Center in Marietta, GA. There are over 300 quilts in the show.
