I have pledged to get out more now that Covid is somewhat under control. Recently I attended the opening of Beyond Color Theory, an exhibit by the African Americans for the Arts.

The exhibit was much more than a quilt exhibit, but it did feature some of my friends who are fiber artists. The exhibit included work by Aisha Lumumba, Joy Peters and Dawn Boyd.

I ran into old friends and got reacquainted with the gallery. I am scheduled to have a solo red and white quilt exhibit in that very same gallery November 19, 2022. The gallery is located in the Emma Darnell Aviation Conference Center, 3900 Aviation Circle, Atlanta, GA.
