My quilt I Believe in Angels on High is exhibiting at the Atlanta Quilt Festival until September 7th. It is part of the juried exhibit, but I am not part of the voting for Best of Show because I am a co-founder of the Atlanta Quilt Festival.
Relieved of any stress to impress anyone, I chose to exhibit a quilt that brings me personal joy. I love Christmas, and I love angels. I Believe in Angels on High combines both.
I try to include angels in my quilts whenever I can so this idyllic winter scene captured my heart. I float through each day believing that both my heavenly and my earthly angels are at their post protecting me.
Hopefully, visitors at the Atlanta Quilt Festival will feel the love and comfort that floats through of this quilt. Meanwhile, Happy Sunday!
