I am so excited to have my quilts featured in the Summer 2023 issue of Art Quilting Studio magazine.
I was looking forward to seeing some of my red and white quilts featured because I had seen the proofs. They looked even more amazing in the magazine.
However, I was a surprised to see my Juneteenth quilt Hallelujah! Finally Free as a Bird also featured. I had been told they ran out of space and that it would not be included. Imagine my surprise as I flipped through the magazine to see my very own quilt jump off the page and say hello!😀
