Spend some time during Black History Month learning more about where it all began for African Americans. Or as we like to say -- learning about our roots. The continent of Africa has a rich history so there is much to see and learn.

I am so grateful India and I were able to visit Kenya in 2020 just before Covid shut the world down. We were on safari, and we experienced things we will never forget. Can you hear the African drum beats in your head when you look at my quilt The Drum Beat of Africa?
