One of the highlights of my recent spring break trip to Sarasota was a visit to Art Center Sarasota. A very beautiful exhibit of large pieces was in progress. I was delighted to see a piece by one of my favorite quilt artists @maggiedillondesigns. It was spectacular and won 2d place in the competition. I also loved the piece that won first place. It was a tribute to Duke Ellington by @tonyreinemann. The center is worth a visit if you are visiting Sarasota.
