I use decorative curtain rods to hang my quilts. I don't consider my quilts finished until I add a 4 inch hanging sleeve on the back. I rarely make bed quilts, so most of my quilts are wall quilts.
Recently I discovered a new resource for hanging quilts, and I wanted to pass it on. The company is Quilt Hangers and can be found at quilthangers.com. I haven't tried them yet, but you may want to check them out.
