A Night Out Celebrating EmpowerHER

The opening reception for EmpowerHer: A Celebration of Women in the Arts was amazing! So much art and so many people to see it.

A very large crowd showed up on a rainy Friday night for opening night

I was honored to have my quilt Sharing Sisterhood in the company of so many talented artists.

Most of the art was not fiber, but my quilting shero Phyllis Stevens was part of the exhibit. That was everything for me.
